Our Site is independently hosted and operated. We are not affiliated with, and do not use, Shopify or any Shopify-branded hosting platform.

This Site is intended for customers located in, and shipments to, the United States, Canada, and Mexico. See Section 22 (“International Customers”) for additional terms applicable to orders shipped outside the United States.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE TERMS

Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, without our express written permission.

SECTION 3 – BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SALES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Mobileparts Direct LLC is a large-scale distributor of cellphone parts and accessories serving customers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We do not restrict who may purchase from us as a general matter — end users may include retail customers, individual buyers, and registered businesses alike.

However, for purposes of returns, refunds, and warranty claims, priority service is reserved for customers who hold a registered business engaged in the cellphone or accessories trade. Non-registered/individual buyers may be subject to different or more limited return terms, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in our separate Returns Policy.

A 25% restocking fee may apply to any returned item where:

• the customer no longer needs the product, or
• the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.

This section does not limit any statutory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction (see Section 22 for international customers).

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information on this Site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Material on the Site is provided for general information only and should not be the sole basis for decision-making. Any reliance on Site material is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors outside our normal business terms.

SECTION 22 – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (CANADA & MEXICO)

If you are ordering from outside the United States, including from Canada or Mexico, please note:

• Customs, duties, and taxes. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
• Local consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you have under the mandatory law of your country or province of residence (for example, protections under Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection statutes, or Mexico’s Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor), to the extent such rights cannot be waived by agreement.
• Currency and pricing. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion, if applicable, is determined by your payment provider and is outside our control.
• Shipping times and restrictions. Delivery times, product availability, and eligibility for certain products may vary for international orders and are subject to change without notice.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence, that local law will govern solely to the extent of the conflict, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force.
