No matter if the wrong part was ordered, or there is a factory defected part you noticed, we have a LIFETIME warranty that covers you.

 

Warranty

Every internal component or an LCD (undamaged glass/non-ripped flex) comes with a LIFETIME warranty offered by Mobile Parts Direct. The process is very straightforward and there is no technicality involved. We value your relationship and totally understand that claims/RMA procedure should be as simple as ABC.

Cellphones have warranty for 90-days from the date of purchase.

Protection Program – OLED Coverage

LCDs & OLED Screens (Hard & Soft) qualifies under the 247 Protection Program if the glass is not broken, no scratches on it and LCD or OLED display is either not turning on or leaking from inside. Please see our Procedure for Claim/RMA for steps to follow.

LCD / OLED (Glass Change / Refurbished) does not qualify for 247 Protection Program. Please contact us for more clarification.

 

Procedure of Claim/RMA

This is a simple process no matter if its warranty or exchange. You just simply send us back the item at our address (mentioned on the website) and then:

  1. Kindly email us the tracking number of your shipment/RMA and the order number at info@mobilepartsDirect.com
  2. Upon receipt of your RMA at our location within 24hrs you will receive an instore credit from us on the current market-value (today’s selling price) of product because electronics market is very volatile as price and technology keeps on changing

Shipping charges will be borne by the customer

Procedure for Cellphone Return

For Non-Registered Cellphone and Accessories Clients, please read Terms of Service (Section # 3)

If you decide to return the cellphone that have been purchased from Mobile Parts Direct and is in complete working condition with no signs of physical or water damage, following is the straightforward and easy procedure:

  1. Please make sure that return is being done within the 30-day warranty period from the date of purchase
  2. The item has to be in its original condition i.e. (with box, unused, complete content of order). Also, please do proper packaging e.g. (use bubble wraps, proper sealing of package, make sure no empty space within the package)
  3. Kindly email us the tracking number of your shipment and the order number at info@mobilepartsDirect.com
  4. Upon receipt of your shipment, our specialist will inspect the same and within 48hrs you will receive funds back into your bank account after applying the restocking fee

Restocking Fee:

Shipping charges will be borne by the customer

 

Damaged in Shipment

If the product that you have received was damaged in shipment, simply follow these steps:

  1. Please make sure that the item is in its original condition i.e. (with box, unused, complete content of order). We will send the shipping label of the same box. Pack and ship the same to our address (mentioned on the website)
  2. Kindly email us the tracking number of your shipment and the order number at info@mobilepartsDirect.com
  3. Upon receipt of your shipment, our specialist will inspect the same and within 24hrs you will receive an instore credit from us for your full purchase price
