The process is very straightforward and there is no technicality involved. We value your relationship and totally understand that claims/RMA procedure should be as simple as ABC.
Cellphones have warranty for 90-days from the date of purchase.

LCDs & OLED Screens (Hard & Soft) qualifies under the 247 Protection Program if the glass is not broken, no scratches on it and LCD or OLED display is either not turning on or leaking from inside. Please see our Procedure for Claim/RMA for steps to follow.
